Payment

Payment can be completed by either: Bank transfer / PayPal / Card and need to be completed on the day of the appointment.

Initial Assessment

Initial assessment will take approximately one hour. The first part of the assessment involves a detailed discussion with you looking and your problems and concerns.

The second part will involve physically assessing the issues you have discussed above.

To finish the initial assessment we will come up with a treatment plan together. You will be given advice and education to start your rehabilitation process.

Follow up sessions

These will take approximately 30-45 minutes. It will involve a review of your previous session, further assessment and further treatment / advice / education as appropriate.

The number of treatment sessions is made on an individual basis and in agreement with you. The number of session can change as the rehabilitation progresses. There are no set minimum or maximum number of sessions.
